How to Get a Telephone Consultation

There are three steps you need to complete to initiate a "personal education" consult.

1. Purchase one or more books.  Many questions can be answered by reviewing these detailed guides.  Also during my consult, I may refer to specific pages in the book(s).
    
2. Complete a Short Background Questionnaire
    
3. Prepay for a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute consult

Mimi Butler can offer personal telephone consultation time (subject to her -- and your -- availability) from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Terms & Procedure

When ordering, be sure to include (on the questionnaire) every possible telephone number needed to reach you to arrange a session.

All telephone session times are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) for the United States. New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, and Florida all fall within this time zone. A "5:00 PM" appointment means 5:00 PM in the Eastern Time Zone. If you are in another time zone, please allow for differences as appropriate.

Mimi Butler will telephone you at the beginning of your session (if you selected that option).  If you selected to contact Mimi, you will be given a 15 minute "window" to establish that contact.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours (or more) notice, you can re-schedule your time within 30 days following your cancellation. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged for the time.

Once you have paid the phone-consult fee, Mimi Butler will be sent your background and she will contact you by telephone (if you have selected that option).
